Description: It is an off plan residential tower located in the heart of business bay. Featuring luxury studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, Peninsula One will span over 372,000 sq. Ft. and a total of 433 apartments are spread over 36 floors. As part of the Peninsula Project, we successfully executed a comprehensive infrastructure deployment across multiple plots.
